When you purchase letters from Cut It Out, you can proudly display them in your home knowing they have been carefully crafted and quality inspected. Occasionally letters may require minor sanding and prep work prior to painting or staining, but if for some reason your order arrives damaged or defective, simply e-mail us at sales@cutitoutalready.com within 5 days of its arrival and we'll send you replacement letters free of charge. This is our guaranty to you.
